02 Orders & delivery
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We ship across India. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location; processing is usually 1–2 business days. See shipping and delivery details.
Can I order from outside India?
For international orders, please email our team to check availability and shipping costs before placing an order.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the product and packaging. Read the return policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once it has been processed and shipped, it can’t be cancelled. See cancellations and refunds.
